What is a free water test?

Our basic water test allows us to take the first steps to see if you need our services. We check your water for the presence of things like hardness, dissolved solids, iron, or tannins in your water. This simple test tells us whether you might need a water softener system in your home.

How do you know if you need the test? Here are some symptoms:

• Itchy skin after showering.

• Itchy scalp, hair breakage, tangles, or frizziness.

• Water that smells or tastes strange.

• Foggy buildup on your glass shower.

• Chalky deposits on your water fixtures.

• Orange stains on your toilet or bathtub.
